I remembered this guy on the commercials for that movie Step it up. He just reminded me too much as some poser that's trying to act all cool and hip hop like. I hope that's not what they're aiming for here.

I think a young poster boy Duke is just fine. It's Hawk who needs to be grizzled and the experienced teacher, hence why Quaid's a great choice. C Tatum will do fine IMO. |

It is an interesting move, but I can see him as playing a young Duke I guess. As far the movie bombing, I do not think so.
