International Poster For 'Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes' & 'The Thing' Teaser Poster

Reported by Outsiders - 04:24 PM 2011.07.12
We have not one but two new movie posters being released today. The first movie poster comes from the "Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes." This being the International poster as the release date is set for August 11th and not August 5th as in the United States. The second poster comes from "The Thing" remake and it's more of a teaser poster but it's looking good for a October release. Check them both out...

James Franco stars as young scientist Will Rodman, who makes a breakthrough while studying the development of intelligence in apes. His subject, Caesar (played by Andy Serkis via mo-cap technology), is innocent enough at first but eventually launches a war for supremacy of the planet.

'Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes' will open in theaters on August 5th, 2011

Antarctica: an extraordinary continent of awesome beauty. It is also home to an isolated outpost where a discovery full of scientific possibility becomes a mission of survival when an alien is unearthed by a crew of international scientists. The shape-shifting creature, accidentally unleashed at this marooned colony, has the ability to turn itself into a perfect replica of any living being. It can look just like you or me, but inside, it remains inhuman.
